How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To delete your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Monument Health places considerable emphasis on securing the privacy of all business information and all patient information and complies with State and Federal Privacy Laws. As a User, you agree to be solely responsible for the security of your information when you use this site. Even though it is configured to be secure from unauthorized access, we cannot be held responsible for absolute security of all electronic communication transmissions between sites. We cannot be held responsible for unauthorized disclosure resulting from your User information that was lost, stolen, printed. Nor your personal computer settings or Users not logging out of active sessions, or similar events outside of our control.

We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of private information, and to ensure the security and integrity of our systems. We continually audit and assess the security of our data storage and systems that process information. However, we all know that no method of transmission over the Internet, and other methods of electronic storage, can be 100% secure. This means we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

Return Policy:

A $3 handling fee will be applied in the final order processing.

We do not ship and any reference to shipping information is necessary information for delivery or in-store order pickup.

Return Policy:

Refunds/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and are made at the manager’s discretion. Items must be in sellable condition with original packaging, and meet the criteria outlined below.

Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase when possible. If we are unable to refund the original credit card, a store gift card will be issued to the purchaser if sufficient contact information is available. Reasons why we may not be able to provide a refund to the original credit card may include: refunds for partial orders, incomplete credit card information available (we do not store credit card information), incomplete contact information of purchaser (if the Guest option was used at check out), and non-refundable items:

Non-returnable items include fresh flowers, food, liquids, cloth items including wearables and plush, jewelry, seasonal and sale items, and any item that cannot be disinfected with microbial wipes. (Due to our strict infection control protocols.)
